PDFPod is a web-based PDF processing platform that provides document conversion, editing, and management tools. We offer both free and premium tiers to meet different user needs.

Our service allows you to convert PDFs to various formats, merge and split documents, compress files, and edit text within PDFs through our secure cloud platform.

2. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person or organization
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Process documents containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our system security
• Use automated tools to overload our servers or create multiple accounts
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

4. File Processing & Storage

Files uploaded to PDFPod are processed on our secure servers and stored temporarily during processing. We automatically delete files after processing completion unless saved to your account.

5. Payment Terms

PDFPod operates on a freemium model with optional premium upgrades. Premium access is available through one-time payments or subscription plans.

• All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Your files are encrypted during upload and processing. We do not access, read, or share your document content with third parties except as necessary to provide our service.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice to users.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to PDFPod
• PDFPod and its technology remain our intellectual property
• You grant us limited rights to process your files solely to provide our service

9. Limitation of Liability

PDFPod is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to:

• • Indirect or consequential damages
• • Service downtime or processing errors

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service in the last 12 months.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your access to PDFPod will cease, and we will delete your account data according to our data retention policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of PDFPod after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
