- Secure cloud storage through Backblaze B2 with enterprise-grade infrastructure
- Access control through authenticated user accounts only
Data Retention & Deletion
- Files are automatically deleted 30 days after processing completion
- Users can manually delete files at any time through their dashboard
- Account deletion permanently removes all associated files within 48 hours
- Temporary processing files are deleted immediately after job completion
4. Information Sharing
PDFPod does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Secure cloud storage (Backblaze), payment processing (Stripe), and email services
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or regulatory authorities
